After the West coast of FL, we took a trip to the furthest southern point of the Continental US. A week in the Keys, even though it was rainy, was wonderful. The Keys just ooze relaxation, and we stayed on a Navy Annex, within walking distance to church and town!
Key Lime pie every which way - frozen, on a stick, covered in chocolate,
coconut or strawberry, it was all so delicious!
We visited the Littlest White House at the Navy Annex.
You can tell the kids loved it!
Back to the fun stuff!
Sunset at the pier is like a sideshow, but it sure was fun.
And then sunrise was just as spectacular!
And then we spent some time with Uncle Thom in Fort Lauderdale. We only get to see my brother every couple years and usually on my turf. This was fun to be in his town. We saw the Coral Castel, ate, golfed, watched movies and played games.
A truly amazing human feat. Check it out if you are ever near Miami.
Then on to Miami Beach to see the art deco architecture and eat some Cuban food.
We even through in another showing of Frozen! Thom loved it too.
And no trip is complete without stuffing ourselves with Krispy Kreme!
One night Owen was able to hang out with his camp buddy, Brin. Seeing friends is what makes the trip even better.
We said goodbye for now to Uncle Thom and headed north.
And we got a week with the Macombers in their recently renovated home in Ocean Ridge
before heading to Grenada! Birthdays, golfing, swimming, the beach, trampolines, bookstores and so much more!

We saw a pro golf tournament that Will got to play in to raise funds!
Just because its FL doesnt mean its warm!
Pilar has her 10th B-day, a Poohead game party! We made new friends to boot!
