Tennessee - Part 1

East Tennessee offered way more than we expected, both historically, weather and people! We stayed with my Bunkhouse Mom from AU from many years ago - and boy it was fun to catch up. Owen made a new best friend with Miles, her grandson! We surprisingly enjoyed an AU show at Cheryl's house with Alison there! We visited the East Tennessee history, went ice skating, had a good time at church and lunch and playing games. And, due to the weather, we ended up taking advantage of Tom and Cheryl's hospitality due to ice on the road and snow build up. On our extra day we visited the American Museum of Science and Energy - the place in Oak Ridge where they enriched the uranium for the Nuclear bomb in WWII.
